BOOKING CANCELLATION

To cancel a reservation, please fill in the following form. You must enter your ID card and the email address you used to make the reservation.
You can check the booking number in the email you received when you made the reservation.
Before you cancel, please read carefully:

1. Cancel your reservation up to 24 HOURS before departure for a full refund

2. The tickets to the monuments, in activities where they are included, are not refundable in any case.

3. For tailor made tours, private tours and day trips, the following policy will always apply:
If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance, no cancellation fee will be applied.If you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.If you cancel within the previous 2 calendar days, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
